Terms and Conditions:  When submitting CD/DVD for Duplication, client acknowledges and agrees that Wolfson

Consulting LLC, subsidiaries, or agents shall not be liable for any loss or damages even though due to the negligence or other faults of Wolfson Consulting LLC, subsidiaries, or agents and that the client’s sole remedy shall be replacement with a similar amount of unexposed Media.   Wolfson Consulting LLC makes no other warranties and assumes no other risk and shall not be liable for any indirect or special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from clients use of our services. Client hereby agrees to assume sole responsibility for insuring any and all Media submitted to Wolfson Consulting LLC.  Client Warrants that the CD/DVD submitted to Wolfson Consulting LLC  for Duplication is not protected by a third party copyright owner or if if protected, the client has obtained permission of such third party copy right  holder to make transfer and copies.  Client also agrees to protect and indemnify Wolfson Consulting    LLC from any costs related to copyright infringement.  Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order.  Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
